When I first started at university, I really struggled. At the time, there were no resources available to help me learn what I was doing wrong. Despite this, in one year, I went from an ADHD super-procrastinator to being able to access a hyper-productive flow state on command. But as my work ethic improved, I realized that my grades didn't. To make that happen, I needed to learn how to learn, which nobody was teaching.
I trial-and-errored my way to the top 4% of all students in my program while decreasing my study time down to just 2 hours a day. I spent years studying cognitive psychology to find the best science-based learning techniques so other students wouldn't have to. And now, while studying less than an hour a day, the grades don't stop growing.
